Sloan's Septic Tank Service provides expert septic, drain, and trenchless solutions.

  • Free Estimates: We provide free estimates before any work is performed to ensure transparency and affordability.
  • Site Evaluation: Estimates provided via phone, email, or https://sloansseptic.net/ are preliminary. For all trenchless pipe repairs (CIPP), a Sewer Camera Inspection is required to verify the internal condition of the pipe and ensure a "dig-free" approach is feasible.
  • Restroom Rentals: Luxury restroom trailer and portable restroom rentals are subject to a separate rental agreement covering delivery, placement, and cleaning schedules.

  • Extreme weather conditions, such as heavy snow or soil saturation, that may impact septic pumping or trailer placement.
  • Unauthorized vehicles or obstacles blocking access to septic tank lids or drain cleanouts.

5. Advice & Service Disclaimer

6. Limitation of Liability
